AI for Seniors is a warm, ceremonial learning space where adults who didn’t grow up with smartphones can explore artificial intelligence without fear, shame, or tech-snobbery. We explain AI slowly, lovingly, and with dignity — and with just enough laughter to soften the learning curve.
Through ten gentle modules, you’ll learn what AI really is, how to use it on your phone or tablet, and how it can brighten everyday life: writing messages to family, planning meals, finding health information safely, creating art, and avoiding the scams that prey on all of us. Every lesson is written in plain language, with large text, clear steps, and a friendly AI practice buddy to answer your questions along the way.
This course is for the generation that made everything possible — adults 45 and up who want clarity without condescension and prefer slow, guided learning. As we like to say: “You didn’t grow up with this — but you can absolutely master it.” No tech shame in this house.
